As part of this Project, MTA Construction & Development and LIRR have developed a series of environmental and community commitments to minimize construction impacts. The Community Scorecard Program was created to give residents, businesses and commuters a direct voice in the Design-Builder’s performance evaluations.
We invite you to participate in this program and provide your input on 3TC’s performance during Quarter 4 of 2020 (October 1st – December 31st). Due to guidance pertaining to COVID-19, this quarter’s Community Scorecard will be available only online.
