While COVID-19 has kept many of us apart, it has also placed a renewed emphasis on the power of community.
It has never been more important to be a good neighbor and lend a helping hand.
Throughout the LIRR Expansion Project, 3TC has partnered with small businesses across the Main Line to ensure our project will minimally impact their work and the services they provide for local communities.
From the start, our relationships with business owners have been a fundamental piece of the project’s vision and our ability to achieve success. For the past three years, we have maintained a dialogue with local businesses and supported them along the way.
Unfortunately, since the pandemic began this spring, many of these businesses have faced an increasingly uncertain future, which led The Rauch Foundation and nextLI to create a survey for owners and operators about COVID-19’s impacts. Hearing directly from those most affected by the pandemic will help guide recovery plans.
3TC, the business community, and other local organizations must work towards the same goal: to make Long Island a better place to live and work for years to come.
We encourage all our small business partners to take the survey and look forward to continuing working together.
